This lantern is adorable! I had accidentally NOT read the product description so I was a bit surprised when I opened the package and it had to be fully assembled. Oh! I would still give the product a 5 if assembly instructions were included. I'm pretty artistically crafty so it's not too bad but the paper is flimsy. If you get something wrong and have to take it apart more than once, you increase your chances of breaking the lantern. I have decided to use it as a night light in my daughter's room but could very well consider it as a party decoration IF you take the time to CAREFULLY assemble and store it until party time.
