I bought this Omoton keyboard and mouse set because I use my iPad Pro more and more for writing. Pairing the mouse and keyboard to my iPad was hassle-free with simple instructions. As always, when I'm just typing a quick reply to an email or text, I use the on-screen keyboard. But when it comes to a longer recording session (like brainstorming stories in Evernote, long emails, product reviews, etc.), a real keyboard and mouse makes the experience WAY BETTER! The keyboard shortcuts alone are worth it. entry price! With all the Mac keyboard shortcuts at hand, like undo, redo, cut, copy and paste, etc., I make typing on the iPad much more intuitive and smooth. Pressing the square (ESC) key quickly brings you to the home screen so you can immediately open another app. Double-tapping the same button brings up all your open apps, so you can switch between apps as quickly as you like. I feel like I can really unleash the power of my iPad Pro with an economical kit like this. Priced much cheaper than an Apple keyboard, this set also includes a mouse. I don't use the mouse much to be honest, but I definitely use the device to select blocks of text, single words or phrases. Personally, I can't stand the iOS touch interface for selecting text, as it can be grossly imprecise. The mouse works the way you think it does, except you don't control an arrow on the screen, you control a point. I am very happy with my purchase and I love that I am getting even more value out of my iPad Pro. !
