Easy to use and looks solid. The hanging holes on the back are NOT evenly spaced from the edges. So my mistake was that I measured with a tape measure and then put the tape measure against the wall without paying attention to which side is right/left (I just assumed that the same distance was marked on each side of the wall ) . I would be fine). Unfortunately it was a few inches to the right after the first try (very noticeable on the small wall I hung it on as it was very off center). I had to buy putty, patch those holes and try again. The second try looks centered and is holding up well on a few coats/purses so far. If you can secure at least one of the screws in the stud that would be perfect. Otherwise, it comes with wall anchors to make it more secure. I love that it doesn't look like an obvious cloakroom, just what I was looking for in our almost non-existent entryway. Guests come in (as we don't have a cloakroom by the front door) and when not in use it looks modern.
