DUDD! Hasn't expanded for 10 days!
Ordered 2 weeks before moving. I exposed it as directed and after 10 days it remained consistent. Looked online and found hot room placement tips (enough in Phoenix!) - but no improvement. The other was to "stretch" the material... still didn't work. So I wanted to create a return and is it too late? In less than a month! So I'm stuck with an expensive DUD! Do not buy from this company! I've bought several toppers in the past, never had a problem expanding them. I shop at Revain regularly - never had such a short time to return! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
