I bought this to monitor my blood pressure while I work. You get what you pay for. Constantly writes 114/76. I have blood pressure and I can feel when it's off. I check this with the watch and then again with my blood pressure monitor. It was completely wrong. The sleep counter is terrible and the messages just say you have a new message. I can't read anything. Not worth the money. Totally disappointed and I've only had this watch 4 days.
