Very relaxing and comfortable
I'll wear this for a few rounds at the end of the day. It's so relaxing. I love both the heat, which is adjustable but never burns, and the small pulses of electricity. There are several settings for this, as well as a way to adjust the intensity. You can turn the volume down so low you can barely hear it, or turn it up so you can really feel it. Start small and work your way up to what you want. They can go too high and sometimes it can be a little over the top. Remember to use a damp towel to wet your throat.
