I attend sales and buy to use during demonstrations and I have the opportunity to wear my product. I liked that it opens at the top as I was hoping to see what's inside without taking everything out. The zipper was difficult to open at first - I figured it would get easier after a use or two. I was wrong. The zipper is so cheap that it gets stuck and won't open. I don't know if this is a defect or if that's how they make this bag. The top of the bag was concave when it arrived and it still falls off even after putting paper in it. Overall I thought it would be a nice wheeled bag and it has a nice pattern. Don't waste your money on it.
