This shirt looks and feels good. If you wear a size larger than 3XLT, don't buy it. The shirt is smaller than expected and has a slim fit. It will stick out on your tummy if you have one and it will be difficult to attach. The shirt motivated me to do more crunches because it looks good on me with a big belly! Bought 2 and will be buying more!
