I like that it is very easy to use, has great customer service and always willing to help out when needed. It can be difficult at times for beginners who are new to digital marketing but once you get used to using it everything becomes much easier. The only thing about this software is that if you have multiple accounts then they sometimes conflict with each other which makes things more confusing than necessary. Once you learn how to navigate through the menus, its not too hard to figure out what you need from the program. This tool helps me track my social media followers as well as keep up with all of our news posts.
