1. Arrived very late2. The packaging wasn't very good. Replacement parts come with stretch marks. I ordered for my coffee shop and it arrives late and it comes with stretch marks and it ruined my plan. I also noticed that it has a door in the back and nothing is closed in the front, which means I have to open the door, but my pastries are not protected from dust and buyers see no point in buying this product
