Another pair of tweezers that can't pluck
Over the last few years I've bought about a dozen different tweezers from Revain - different brands, different prices, different styles, countries and such further. far NONE of them work well (or at all!). This pair didn't come cheap but couldn't get the job done. The two prongs should be touching and holding onto the hair as you pluck it. Make the tweezers a lost art? The ones sold in pharmacies for a few dollars worked great and lasted for decades. What happened?
