Works with crochet and crochet Clover Amour

I am delighted with this purchase! I was looking for a case to store my new Clover Amour hooks in and this did the trick! I was concerned that the elastic bands might be too small to hold bulkier pens, but because they're rubberized they stay in place and the elastic band stretches to accommodate any size. The rubber bands are actually too big for normal steel hooks and slide up and down. I added some rubber bands and it helped a lot! This product would get 5 stars if the elastic parts were rubberized for grip or if there was a pocket to keep the hooks from slipping out. It goes well with the pens and crayons it was designed for, but I still think the loops are a bit too big and still need a little modification with a grippy elastic or a pocket that can be sewn into the bottom, to catch pens. When it's buttoned up, you won't have a problem with them coming undone. I also love the fact that the bottom piece matches all of my additions! My old hook case fits in! Plus my counter, scissors and can for concepts. The zippered front compartment makes it easy to store thin items or my scissors. A ruler (crocheted or 6 inch) will do as well. For the price, it's worth making a few simple modifications. I love the carry handle! I'd be more likely to give 5 stars if the pink was a bolder pink. My idea of what it would look like matched the one in the photos. It's more of a reddish tweed color for an upholstered couch if that makes sense, but that doesn't bother me. The silver hook in this case is 4mm for reference. Pink is K 6.5mm and Blue is N 10.0mm, both under my homemade elastic supports.
