Started sparking after 5 months
I bought this charger after my own died after 3 years. From the start, the cable was easy to disconnect from the block. I wasn't thrilled with it, but it wasn't impractical enough to return. A month ago the cable started to break. To make matters worse, there have been sporadic sparks since yesterday. This product has terrible build quality that makes it unsafe. Next time I will buy direct from Lenovo. EDIT: The charger officially stopped working today. Luckily I should be able to get a replacement from Lenovo tonight.
