I advise against buying! Not sure if it's just a piece of crap or just a bad block as it worked as advertised, only about 2 minutes! On first use, both fans turned on, but after about 2 minutes, the left fan stopped working. It restarts when I press or shake it. Thought it might be a short in the wiring. Then the fan on the left started to slow down compared to the right fan at all 3 speeds. Then it just stopped working! The right fan still works perfectly. Loved the concept of this fan and looking forward to using it on those hot AZ 100°+ days. But now I'll never know how well it could have worked. The fans are not loud, the noise level is acceptable. It's like white noise. It's not heavy on the neck either, just takes some getting used to. That bothered me the most because I had 2 operations on my neck and I haven't been able to stand anything on my neck since. I can't even wear chains. Colored lights are good if that's what you want. I just wanted a clean/white light and that's not so good on this unit. I cannot return as I am protected due to the pandemic. I am a high risk senior and it is not worth risking my health and wellbeing to return this faulty unit.
