I bought my Pocket 2 to replace my old Osmo Pocket which was unfortunately lost a few months ago. I was actually eyeing the GoPro Hero 9 until I discovered the Pocket 2 was coming out soon. So I waited for the specs to be released and when they came out I was very impressed! Many improvements have been made over the previous Osmo Pocket, some of which were unavailable to other pocket camera competitors. First, the sensor is big: it's bigger than the GoPro 9! Image and video processing capabilities have been improved with autofocus and the ability to take 64-megapixel photos. There are two things I liked about Pocket 2. First, it's a wider viewing angle. With 110 degrees (which you can get with the optional wide-angle lens in the Creator Combo), you can expand your field of view without having to use an extender or stretch out your arm. While others have a wider field of view, the Pocket 2 strikes the perfect balance that combines a wider view without the kind of aquarium that wide-angle cameras often suffer from. The second thing I like, and so do you, is the improved sound. When it comes to pocket cameras and even action cameras, there is nothing better than the DJI Pocket 2. It has 4 built-in microphones, and in Pro mode you can even choose which ones you want to use to get clear and pure sounds . I have used them on windy days, next to traffic, on industrial sites and I can say that the sound quality is top notch. that it can now slow down 8x. Oh, and did I mention DJI POCKET CAN NOW ZOOM? Yes, Pocket 2 can zoom 8x now, but you can only zoom 2x for 4k videos. Connect to Wi-Fi and Blutooth, as well as a variety of other peripherals like microphones and tripods.
