Quality of the product is at the level, I will recommend this product

Friends with printers from other companies do not have this, photos are printed without borders. I would like to hear recommendations from HP on troubleshooting.
Has some pros:
The print quality is quite satisfactory. Compared with those pictures that were printed in the studio, the difference is difficult to distinguish if printed on high-quality paper in the best quality.
Has cons:
In the settings I specify borderless printing, but the printer ignores the settings. When printing photos at a size of 10 by 15 without borders, the actual size of the print is reduced to 9.4 by 13.8 due to the margins
