My husband travels a lot. He's on the road, averaging 3 nights a week. Sometimes he's gone for 5 nights. There are too many clothes in his Timberland holdall (and he refuses to take a large bag or an extra bag). I bought this set because it was in my price range and it had six packs. I measured his pocket and figured out how the dice would fit and decided to give it a try. After we washed him with all his "travel clothes"; On the bed we decided to pack the dice. He wears fireproof jeans, long-sleeved fireproof shirts and a t-shirt to work every day. He usually dresses in sports clothes for training and something casual for dinner. He wears two full sets of clothes (work and gym clothes) every day and twice casual clothes to dinner, usually regular jeans and a polo shirt. A NOTICE. Flame Retardant (FR) clothing is made of THICK and HEAVY material. It's like duck canvas instead of denim and denim instead of shirting. Everything is flat because he's an everyman and nothing lets me roll: BIG CUBE: three pairs of FR jeans OR four pairs of regular jeans MEDIUM CUBE: four FR shirts OR seven polo shirts OR three dry fit shirts AND three pairs of basketball Shorts. SMALL CUBE: Six t-shirts OR five pairs of boxers AND five pairs of socks (socks lie flat, not rolled up). I could probably stuff a few extras into each cube like stashing a pair of socks or underwear with jeans or FR shirts etc. The zippers were strong and easy to use, and the zipper puller was too big, making it easier to grab. have sent it out on the road several times (3-5 days each) and it has definitely given it more room in my pocket! My daughter is going on a month-long trip to the US this summer, so I plan to use these rocks to help her pack everything in her carry-on. Packing cubes (one of each size) as well as their hygiene and beauty kit. And everything fit in her hand luggage! She folded her clothes and could fit more than my husband who keeps his clothes folded. She had no problem managing her wardrobe and often left her clothes unpacked in drawers when visiting family. I had to go on a business trip and I also used packing boxes and I really liked them. I feel like we got a lot out of them and bought a second set. I packed my off-season clothes inside and put them in a box on top of my closet to make room! I highly recommend these packing cubes! EDIT 2: We've had them for just under a year now and use them weekly when my husband is away. My daughter and I also used them for "girls' weekends". If we both use the big cube, we can pack all the clothes we need for a three or two day trip. It fits easily into our respective weekend bags (although, to be honest, we could do with just one) and leaves enough space for our cosmetic, hygiene and jewelry bags as well as our phones and iPads. We often have enough space to bring back treasures from our travels. The cubes show very little wear - the coating on the zippers has worn off a bit and we had a loose thread on one of the smaller cubes (we burned it to stop it from wearing out).
