I am writing this review after a second purchase/return of an Xbox One PDP controller. This is odd because I used to have a PDP controller and it lasted a good two years before finally giving up on me, but when I ordered a new one it took less than two weeks for the left stick to start misreading input. The next one I ordered lasted about a month before the Y button got stuck in the depressed position with no way to fix it. my hands when I'm gaming at the end of the day, so I have no choice but to conclude that I've either been unlucky with defective controllers, or that the build quality of these controllers has deteriorated since my first one.
