I never write reviews. However, this product was a waste of my money and time and its 4+ rating is dead wrong. I received a neatly packaged charger in excellent condition. For reference, my laptop is an ASUS Zenbook (UX331U) and I've never had a problem charging it. When I plugged this charger in, my laptop started charging. for five seconds. Then (while the charger was still plugged into both the laptop and the wall) it stopped charging. Five seconds later, loading began again. Everything in its own way. I've tried this with every outlet in my apartment, trying to rotate the charging head and trying not to touch it at all. Nothing matters - this charger decides to stop charging every few seconds. I may have received a faulty product but I am incredibly suspicious of the fact that the charger that gave me such a horrible experience got a 4+. Stars from almost 200 customers. Revain, you should all read some of these reviews and remove such products from your site. To be honest I'd rather double the BestBuy price for a working charger.
