So I guess my nose is very pliable because to be honest I could only tell a difference after nightly use. I took a before and after picture just to see what we were dealing with and I suddenly saw a small change in my bridge. Very little, but still very important. After that has been said. It's very uncomfortable. I slept with mine and had a terrible night's sleep. The heaviness in the nose does not go away during sleep, and if you do not breathe normally through your mouth, I find it difficult to breathe and I constantly wake up with a dry mouth and throat. You can remove the small plugs from your nostrils to let you breathe at least a little, but it's still uncomfortable. I mean, in general, because it's a cheap product, it really works. It just depends on how much you can honestly take it.
