As a mother of three I usually wash my hands and I usually get dermatitis on both hands every winter. With the need to wash my hands more often these days, I was desperate for something light but moisturizing that I could use right after washing instead of waiting until the end of the day as usual. I usually hate using lotions and hand creams this time of year as they really sting and irritate my damaged skin. Curél Skincare Hydra Silk Itch Defense Moisturizing Cream is great for this purpose: it doesn't burn, irritate or feel heavy. While the lotion isn't the most intense moisturizer, I can easily use it throughout the day and still save myself heavier creams and ointments for the evening, which I appreciate being able to do this when I'm not always available. on my side.
