I recently bought a Surface Pro 4 (2017). I decided to try something different as I had heard good things about Urban Armor and ordered both the Urban Armor Plasma Feather-Light rugged case and tempered glass screen protector. I am very satisfied with the robust Urban Armor Plasma Feather-Light case; However, the protective film did not want to stick. He kept climbing around the corners and finally around the cell. I contacted Urban Armor and honestly trying to replace it was more of a hassle than it was worth asking for pictures and such. I had a similar problem with my Alpha Glass for my Galaxy. S9+ when I contacted Otterbox they just apologized and sent me a replacement. In turn, I've just contacted Revain, who essentially did the same thing as Otterbox, but returned the order. If the product is defective; Customers don't want to jump through hoops, they just want to fix the problem and move on. I'll stick with Otterbox next time just because they're easier to deal with when I have a problem.
