I have used this product several times and it was very satisfactory - until my last order - it arrived quickly but the oil seemed clogged or for some reason it did not come out easily at all. I twisted and shook and shook some more, but it was sporadic at best. And then when I left it on the bedside table, it leaked. I am ordering again to make sure it was an accidental malfunction. I would happily continue using this product as I love how it has helped my cuticles and I was able to carry a pen with me and use it on the go. Let's hope the next batch will be successful!
