Although my dog absolutely hates it I absolutely love this costume! He hates all outfits so this one was no different but hey it's one night of the year. The costume is very well made and some of the mane/cap stays up which is quite rare on costumes I've bought for my dog in the past. But be sure to measure your dog/animal! For the record, my dog is a large toy poodle and weighs 9 pounds and I ordered a large one. I'm glad I read the other reviews and took measurements as I don't think my dog has ever been big on anything. It's a little tight so take a size up just in case. There is no velcro, nothing. This is just a part (which is a bit strange). So getting dressed takes a little longer. But once it is activated. It's on and stays in place. Also, it may not be good if your dog is hot or you live in a warm climate as he is very fat. It reminds me of the kid costume you would buy if you live in the Northeast and don't want your kid to catch a cold while trick-or-treating outside. All in all, such a beautiful costume and an amazing price! I can't wait for Halloween!
