Saw this last year after accidentally buying a minivan without rear air conditioning (in Texas). Didn't think it was worth the expense so I made my own using zip ties and an RV drain pipe (new!). It worked, but not very well. Also, it was ugly and I had to cut my ties every time I had to take the hose off. In July of this year we had a new baby who appeared to be upside down and uncomfortable. Every time we went somewhere, she would sweat like crazy. We decided to give it a try. Got it today and hooked it up at 3pm when it was insanely hot outside. I first hooked up one for our rear-facing seat, then hooked up the forward-facing seat. By the time I finished the second, our rear-facing car seat was completely cold. It's easy to use and I love its versatility. bought last year!
