I actually do like the planter itself but I am going to go full disclosure.When you order this thing, you get an offer for a free goft if you leave a review. Cool right? Yeah except the directions on the card lead you to a Facebook email but you can’t email that unless you send an email from your personal email address. Whatever I did it. Now it leads me back to the Facebook messenger to receive my free product. I sent them the screenshot and continued to follow the directions. Crickets. So I email them back on the personal email account asking why no one is responding but they are reading my messages. They tell me "thanks for the feedback” and inevitably shoot me the code for my free product.Now, a week later, this mysterious Facebook page starts writing me demanding I send them a photo of the card I received in my package. Like thanks, I got it taken care of through your email. You should really be more concise on your instructions.STILL THEY ARE DEMANDING PHOTOS OF THEIR OWN OFFER WEEKS LATER! Dude. I threw that ish away when I got my free crap. Go away and stop messaging me. I had to block these people on Facebook.I really like this thing. I like even more that it isn’t white or a neutral color and I didn’t have to more work to make it match my home. It was relatively easy to install, seems like it’s up there pretty good, and my prayer plant thing is super stoked to be off the cramped window sill and can spread its happy little vines. I plan to buy more when I can get out of the house without my husband telling me no to another houseplant.
