If you need to dimly light part of the keyboard in the dark, this *might* work for you since you're not actually *reading* the keyboard. But if you want "2 ultra bright LED" lights like the seller claims, look elsewhere. It's almost useless to illuminate an area of even a small (A5) open laptop, enough not to strain your eyes in a room lit by spotlights that aren't over (or too high) over your seat. Pretty disappointing.
