I was looking for new pillows as mine were very old. I saw reviews of this pillow and was thrilled to see from the product description and several reviews that it would be good for side sleepers. Well, I don't know anything about these people, but I can report that it didn't work for me. I'm 6ft tall and about 185lbs just to give you an idea of my body type and I only sleep on my side. I ordered mine on Thursday, received it on Monday and was excited to try it out. The pillow comes in a vacuum pack and when you open it, it 'puffs up' nicely. It is very soft and will keep you cool at night. I'm not that excited this morning. The problem is that it's so soft that it offers very little support, so much so that I woke up with a headache after about 3.5 hours of sleep. Luckily I had a pillow to replace so the night wasn't completely wasted. I don't know if this pillow is suitable for sleeping on your back or stomach. I know this side sleeper does not recommend this product.
