I bought this item mainly to save space on my small desk. I previously bought a dual monitor mount which I attached to a desktop laptop mount I already had. Unfortunately, the weight of my monitors (both 24" LCDs are 11-12 pounds) caused the mount to tip. I honestly took a chance with this product (I had never heard of North Bayou before) but it had good reviews and the weight limit for each arm was more than enough for my monitors (if I remember correctly I think that they go up to 27 inches, but don't quote me on that). THAT'S WHY I bought it. WHY I LIKE/LOVE IT: 1) Saves space! Exactly what I was looking for. I don't know who wouldn't want more desk space. The arms rotate in almost every direction, in any case in every meaningful direction. The hinge and screw mount is extremely secure, allowing the monitors to stay where you put them. I've bumped into my bed a few times and my desk is extremely unstable (or I'm just typing too frantically) and the monitor just won't move! With my old setup, it was always a matter of time before one or both of my monitors would just lose performance and fail. 2) SET UP! It seems to have mentioned this in the first paragraph, but these mounts hold the monitor's position perfectly. With it you can rotate, tilt, move, do whatever you want, these hands let you do it! And like I said, it will stay in place. 3) Cabling: I usually find most products claiming cable routing. To be honest it sucks. This mount features cable routing for both monitors, starting with the arms, staying *INSIDE* the arm (hard to explain but almost invisible) and extending out the back, practically out of bounds. And it also comes with a cable organizer for your keyboard and mouse or other desktop USB cables you might have. This is a reliable product! He does what he says and he does it well. It even had some shocking features for me and greatly improved my ability to organize my desktop. Lately I have had to change my table configuration again and again. Thanks to the ease of use of this mount, a task that could have taken me an hour was completed with a slight rearrangement of the mounts, which took a whopping 7 seconds! ANYWHERE IF YOU HAVE 2 MONITORS AND NEED MORE DESK SPACE, BUY THIS!
