Good quality and fit

Good quality and fit. Couldn't get the plug out of the old one. It was cheaper than a non-chrome replacement cap. Fits perfectly on my '97 Grand Cherokee front diff. The screws weren't long, I used the ones that came with the kit and they were fine. I didn't use a pad. I used Permatex Ultra Black silicone. I actually painted it black after installing it.
