Great shelf, best freestanding shoe rack

My friend recommended I buy this shoe rack. She and her husband have been using this stand for over 4 years and have had no problems. We moved from one apartment to another three times, folded this shelf and assembled it in a new place, and the shelf did not break. She has a lot of high-toe shoes (about 4.7 inches) and they stand up pretty well on the shelf. We have been using our shelf for 10 months. Assembly was easy and we love it. I am a small shoe size but my husband wears rather large shoes as a man. So his big shoes would have to be skewed on each shelf, resulting in two pairs per shelf. We put our shelf on the door that closes our cauldron, so at the top we don't have much room for protruding shoes due to its dimensions. So we set them up at a very large angle, almost parallel to the door, so that the door can be closed. A few tips: 1. Measure the door. Make sure your door is wide enough.2. Measure the thickness of the door. Make sure your door fits on the door brackets. We live in a rented apartment with cheap regular doors. Our door is 1.3 inches thick and the brackets fit great. If your door is too thick, you can ask the company for other brackets.3. Pay attention to the space you need to accommodate protruding shoes. Men's shoes are longer and may need to be angled.
