Not sure what to expect. But the first bottle seemed to help (took quite a while as it doesn't take much) - so I bought a second bottle. And yes. no doubt my neck looks much better and the skin is tightened. I've recently started putting it on my upper arms where my biceps are. I have good muscle tone, but even there the skin sags (oh, the beauty of aging - I'm 57) - and the complexion improves there too. This is not a product that you can try for a week and then stop. As long as it doesn't bother your skin I would hold out for a month or so before you rate. BTW - BONUS: I have sensitive skin and have had no issues with this lotion.
