I've tried armbands with a phone holder, magnetic pocket for running buddy, clasp strap and a few other "pocket" running items. I usually walk with my phone (sometimes headphones), my ID and my key. So I don't need a huge bag, but I do need something that fits at least that much and doesn't bounce around. My biggest problem is that most of them jump while running. This bag is ideal from this point of view. I actually wear it on my forearm, not my wrist, so it sits just below the elbow and not on my wrist, but it's great in that position. It's comfortable, fits well, holds everything I need and has room for a credit card or cash if I want. And no bouncing! It stays in place and I hardly feel its weight. The zip pocket is very secure. On the other side is a pocket, as well as a small hole sewn into the bottom (the side by your hand) for the headphone output.
