I am old and hard of hearing. In the absence of full instructions, the young son found instructions for service technicians on the Internet on how to reset them to factory settings. After a few months of use, it now refuses to connect to my TV using any of the three transmitters, while my hearing aids connect with no problems. When I lie in bed with my head on the pillow, the device turns off because the pillow can activate the lower part of the power. I'd go back to phono stage headphones in a hot second if my Apple 11 supported them. The headset works well with a phone, but I would like it to work just as well with two TVs with a pre-Bluetooth transmitter, a computer, a VHF/UHF radio, etc. If you have more than two devices, each needs to be reconfigured as needed. It's clear that Bluetooth hasn't made it yet.
