Had a headache for years, tried Tempurpedic, still had a headache until someone recommended a buckwheat pillow. These pillows are something I'm not used to, but when I used them I didn't have a single headache, it's amazing! I ordered a small, excellent quality, quilted cover, zipped up and cover, and the pillow itself so you can really see what's inside. Also, I take out some shells at the end to soften the pillow. The set also includes a small bag of real lavender flowers that smell very therapeutic. Would recommend to anyone with a headache or neck. Bought 3 more for gifts.
