Very pleased with this memory foam pillow. The quality definitely exceeded my expectations. I've been using this pillow every night since I've had it and it's definitely comfortable. In my opinion, this pillow is more firm than soft. It keeps its shape without going flat. I sleep on my side, sleep comfortably with this pillow and don't wake up at all trying to fit it under my head. I love that this pillow comes with removable covers. I thought it was a pretty cool feature. Both have zippers so they are easy to take off. Both wash well without shrinking. I had to put my pillowcase on just because it felt slippery on my sheets and I had to keep it under my head all the time. The pillowcase I put on should help her hold the sheet better without slipping on it. The pillowcase (outside) doesn't seem to get me hot and actually helps keep me cool. Its contour supports the head and neck area and is the only pillow I prefer to sleep on than a flat pillow that causes pain in the morning. Definitely a great quality product that I would recommend. The stitching looks exceptional and this is a pillow I would buy again.
