This was my very first experience of an at home UV gel manicure. I've had to cut back on my salon visits because the money isn't where it should be right now. They should go to my bank account. It is not. I'm sure many of you are dealing with this problem. Times are tough. I got this kit to try and give my new limited budget a salon look. For this money there are many items in the kit. You get tools, you get paints, you get a lamp, you get rhinestones, you get foil. What you don't get are clear instructions on some things as I will explain. Like other reviewers, I didn't like the lack of a Polish color name on the bottles. I did one reviewer's trick and put a colored dot on the outside of the bottle. A simple solution - just print the name of the color on the bottle. Will it still increase the price? The instructions were clear on how to do a simple manicure so it's great. However, the instructions say how to grow nails. These are not included in the set. I'm sure it'll be helpful to some, but I think the instructions should relate to the items in the kit. An example is rhinestones, foil, decorative ribbon. Nothing about this article. I'll look it up online. I prefer to turn the page and look at the directions. I thought the curing time seemed slow. I wasn't able to cure the color as quickly as I did in the salon. Could it be my fault again and too much color? I love the glitter top coat. That gives a nice shine. Overall I am not upset with the products. I just feel that there is a communication problem that can be easily resolved. Label the bottles with color names and how to use the items included in the recommendation booklet. Great price for what you get and I'm not disappointed at all. I just need more information. My nails look pretty good for a first at home gel manicure, really!
