Review on intelliHR - Intelligent People Management by Andrew Enriquez

Intellihr has been an excellent tool for us as we've worked through our onboarding process with new hires! The ease of use makes it very simple but also provides some great reporting capabilities which have helped me better understand my team's strengths/weaknesses (as well their time commitment). It would be nice if I could see more detailed information about each individual who works within certain teams or departments rather than having only general reports available like "How does this person perform relative to other people performing similar tasks?" Overall though its really helpful when working towards goal setting during training programs where there are many different ways someone may approach something depending upon personality type etc..
