They are reliable - they stand behind their product with excellent technical support from qualified engineers that we have worked well together over several years of service agreement contracts. And very much honest people who will do anything within reason to please you when it comes time to pay up! Some customers find this type personality unappealing but its not my problem if I can't work things out amicably so long as there's no bad blood afterwards and reasonable resolution has been reached at least cost effective one that suits both parties equally well. We use them primarily to store our backups off site using various tape drives which was previously done locally via an old fashioned drive array solution where disks would be physically swapped between tapes after each backup session.
