Review on SAHC634 Speaker Adapters for Acura & Honda Vehicles (2007-2019, 2006-2017) – 6.5” to 6.75” Compatibility – 1 Pair by Scosche by Rahul Schatz

These adapters fit the Polk DB651 perfectly in my 2006 Civic LX Coupe. The front fits perfectly without any modifications. They worked for the rear as well, with the rear trunk lid scraped off slightly as the adapters cause your speakers to sit slightly higher than the stock speakers. The conversion is very simple and only takes place on the underside of the lid, so everything looks like it came from the factory. At least for me, the screws that attached the speaker to the adapter had to go in at an angle, otherwise the speaker would partially cover the screw hole that attaches the adapter to the car. Without these adapters I would not have been able to install the speakers. I will definitely be using this product again as it made the installation fairly easy for a car that has a very odd way of installing factory speakers.
