Very poor quality

I am very disappointed with this piece of jewellery. Bought this for my wife, luckily I opened it up to check before she received it. I have never seen such a poorly made piece of jewelry. Cracks appear on diamonds due to some kind of filler-like glue that doesn't even match the diamond. Gold looks like brass in places and is generally of very poor quality.
