had to order 3 a set of them, even after measuring my daughter's feet. The ones first bought made to measure were too small, like an ugly stepsister in shoes. Second, I think I overcompensated and made them too big. These 3 were spot on, as in golden locks, and she loves them. On the other hand, they were very durable, very beautiful and well made. The latch that holds the shoe is quirky but it works and again is nice. Also, they agreed to return the undersized and oversized pair that we gave to a friend's daughter with big feet and they are very happy.
