The first 3 photos were right out of the box. Big fluffy elastic curls. Love it right out of the box, you can throw it and go! Deep separation looks very realistic. The curls were beautiful, but they were difficult to manage when they keep falling out. In the summer, this device loses worse than huskies, so I decided to iron it and tweak it a little, and I received so many compliments. My initial issue is that the color was supposed to be black with light streaks but it turned out brown with light streaks so please pay attention and read the paint reviews. Otherwise I love this device. (If you have a darker complexion like me and wear makeup the top will be very white)
