User friendly, easy to navigate, has all the features you need and nothing you don't! Great support team with quick and efficient service. We have been using twine since it was first released and there have not been any updates that I am aware of, so that's good. But to be honest, if you use an app or platform regularly (like we do) then why switch? It works well and is affordable. Make sure you are happy with the customer support service before switching. If you want to stick with one solution for your comms than this is the way to go. The main benefits being everything is tied in and can easily be viewed from one place.
