The only thing I don't like about this product is the battery life. I love gaming on this laptop and it quickly drains the laptop in just 5-7 hours. If you get this laptop I suggest getting the MAX specs. I have a 15" 32GB 2TB model and it works great. There is a problem that troubles me every day. I've noticed that when I'm scrolling through webtoons or manga comics, the screen freezes for 1-4 seconds, but when I switch to tablet mode, this never happens. I thought if I spent $4200 on a laptop it wouldn't freeze even for a second while scrolling through comics on the internet. All in all, this is the best electronic device I've ever owned. I would say if you like gaming/drawing/reading/watching/zooming high quality youtube videos, contradicting, skype calls then I would advise you to buy this device ASAP.
