The product is very easy to use, it has all that we needed at one place with various features like reporting tools etc which are not available in other products such as google analytics or webtrends (I have used these two). I didn't faced any issue during my experience so far but if anyone faces issues then they can let me know by commenting here itself because our support team will fix their request within few mins/hours only after knowing about them personally via chat. It's best for tracking different KPIs data from website visitors point-of view. You could track each user session easily using this tool without needing extra plugins & extensions for example you need GA plugin, WebTrends Plugin& Google Analytics Plugin. I like how easy it is to use with all my clients' information already in place, so there isn't any data entry required! The interface can be tricky at times - but that's because you're putting together something new for yourself or someone else (or both). We've been able to streamline our processes tremendously by using this software as well as keeping track of payments made from multiple sources without having to add each one individually into QuickBooks/Xero separately.
