I have receding gums in my lower jaw due to too tight pressure. They slowly regressed my entire life and I thought there was no other solution but braces and a gum transplant. One day I got the advice from a friend to try neem toothpaste. Since then (about halfway through my first tube) my gums seem to be healthier and have even grown back a bit.
