I bought this mirror for my mother who complained about vision problems. Before I gave her this mirror, she used a real lamp (you can see it in the background of one of the pictures). ) doing makeup for work in the morning it started bothering her eyes and I wanted something much more practical and useful, I was impressed with the brightness setting you can adjust on the front of the mirror. It's the perfect size and it's not too big which takes up a lot of space and it's not too small that you have to squint to use it. The pivot/stand is also sturdy but gives you the perfect angle and stays where you set it. The item is well made and well thought out. My mother liked it and if it makes her happy then I agree.
