I wanted to take this on a trip and be able to charge my watch when I'm out. I assumed it was paid for and then I could use it if needed. It turns out that is NOT the case. This thing needs to be plugged into a power source. For example, the instructions state that a laptop must have an electrical outlet. My iPad doesn't have a USB port. A corded charger would be more useful than tying this "portable" thing to a power bank or small cube that plugs into the wall. I plan on getting a backup charger like the one that came with the watch.
