As a result: - Impressive customer focus - with such a level of support, the category of goods "technically complex device" cannot be taken here and each time you need to delve into what kind of individual entrepreneur or OOO "Roga/hooves" gives you the platform - taking into account the reaction of the child to the situation that has arisen, I will simply buy a new column (with the corresponding legend). Not the kind of money that would leave a child in the "Alice really died" state. And support is dead. And the seller is dead. - tech support made a grand gesture and sent another email to the seller :)

Pros
  • The feedback is twofold. The column was bought on the DR for a child of 4 years old (songs, fairy tales, supposedly living inside a small fixie Alice, with whom you can talk, etc.). For these purposes, the device fits perfectly. Normal sound, almost always good voice recognition. It became interesting not only for the small user of the column, but also for the elders.
Cons
  • The device broke within a month. The children came running: "Alice has warmed up and even smells." Indeed, in the area of ​​​​the power connector it got very hot, up to a slight melting of the plastic of the case (it was connected all the time through a standard power supply). In general, having a technical background, it’s roughly clear what happened there, but it’s a little different: - I wrote to technical support about the breakdown and they advised me to take the device to the Orbis shopping center (Oktyabrskaya nab, 50). The only proposed option in St. Petersburg! - a small user grief - "Alice died." I had to come up with a story that everything would be fine with Alice and she just needed to be treated in a special hospital for fixies. Pack up, let's go. - let's go to the SC. There and back 50 km came out, by the way. - after 5 days I received an SMS "Return without repair" - again went to the SC. They didn't even try to open the device. They looked at the melted connector and said: "This is out of warranty. That's how answered us." What was written in the act - to my question that "the melting of plastic is, guys, a consequence of some kind of malfunction that you, how did the SC have to install? What led to such heating, which caused melting and how can you draw a conclusion based only on inspection?" received the answer that "we do not deal with this, we only fix the malfunction" - technical support of YaMarket, having received this act, immediately took the position: "We are only an intermediary and here is the seller's phone number in Rostov. Then deal with it yourself." Naturally, the specified number can not be reached (no one answers)
